Ze wil met alle respect behandeld worden vanwege haar rang. Na een zorgvuldige oogst werd er in de kelder alle aandacht aan besteed, zodat de fruitaroma’s zo harmonieus mogelijk tot ontwikkeling kwamen. De acht maanden rijping in Franse eikenhouten vaten zorgen ervoor dat de wijn rijpt in hoogwaardige wijnen, waardoor hij de finishing touch krijgt en zijn subtiele vrouwelijke dominantie wordt benadrukt.

Veroudering Fermentatie en rijping gedurende 8 maanden in Franse eikenhouten vaten op fijne droesem.
Eten en Wijn Dankzij zijn kracht en finesse past deze wijn het beste bij wit vlees of een karakterkaas. Op zichzelf zal het ook een zeer goede metgezel zijn, gewoon voor het plezier van het proeven.
