Deze yogarde wordt hooggepasteuriseerd afgekoeld tot 40 graden, gemengd met 100% rechtsdraaiende melkzuurbacteriën, om daarna meteen afgevuld te worden in een fraaie pot. De potten worden gedurende 8 uur in een warme broedcel geplaatst, waar ze zachtzuur en dik doorrijpt in de pot. Is de yogarde dik, dan gaat ze de koelcel in om af te koelen.Midden in een prachtige natuurgebied maakt Drentse Aa Zuivel heerlijke zuivelproducten met melk uit de regio.
Gebruiker Tips: Tenminste houdbaar tot op de verpakking vermelde datum mits gekoeld bewaard (max. 7 ° C). Na openen beperkt houdbaar.
Suggesties: Yogarde is eigenlijk zo mild van smaak, dat je er geen suiker doorheen hoeft te doen voor de smaak. Door de yogarde met vers fruit of fruitbeleg te mengen krijg je een heerlijk toetje. Het proberen waard!
