Hoe gebruik je de buikwikkel?
Verwarm alle delen van de wikkelset rondom een kruik. Leg de wikkel op een vlakke ondergrond, leg je kindje er met de rug bovenop.
Masseer het buikje zachtjes met de kamille of een andere olie olie, masseer met de klok mee. Sprenkel de olie op de katoenen binnenwikkel, leg dit op de buik dek het af met het vlies voor extra warmte.
Vouw als laatste laag de wikkel over de buik en dek af met de luier of de romper zo blijft het goed op zijn plaats zitten. De olie of de kruiden en de warmte kunnen nu zijn werk doen.
Gebruik de wikkel ook preventief op de momenten dat je de krampjes gaat verwachten
De wikkel is ook goed als borstwikkel te gebruiken zowel op als onder de romper.
