- 1x Le Méprisé Tinto 2021 (Red) 🔴: Malaparte's high-altitude vineyard at 900 meters on limestone soil respects local flora and fauna. For the 2021 Le Méprise Tinto, Tempranillo and Syrah were fermented and macerated separately for 12 days in stainless steel at low temperatures, followed by 10 months of barrel aging. The result is a youthful blend showcasing vibrant fruit and mineral notes from Cuéllar's limestone soil.
- 1x Tanca Els Ulls (White) ⚪️: Crafted by Cesc Boronat from 100% Macabeo grapes, this young white wine reflects the calcareous soils and refreshing Mediterranean breeze of the Nulles village. Its balanced profile makes it an ideal companion to winter squash soup, roasted turkey with herbs, or creamy gratins, adding a bright touch to hearty dishes.
- 1x Blanc Sense Papers (Orange) 🟠: This natural Xarel-lo from Bodega Clandestina in Catalonia is an unfiltered, sulfite-free wine with crisp notes of apple, peach, and minerality. It pairs beautifully with baked brie and fig, roasted chestnuts, or a festive charcuterie board with nuts and dried fruits, perfect for cozy gatherings.
