Wijnsteenbakpoeder is een natuurlijke variant van bakpoeder en bevat geen chemische rijsmiddelen. Het poeder kan gebruikt worden als rijsmiddel voor (glutenvrij)brood-, koekjes- en taartdeeg en kan in dezelfde hoeveelheid worden gebruikt als bakpoeder, ongeveer 20 gram per 500 gram meel.
