Rob Knight lanceerde Ecoegg in 2009. Het apparaat, ontworpen om je kleren te wassen en tegelijkertijd te besparen op wasmiddel en vriendelijk te zijn voor de gevoelige huid, bleek een enorme hit. Hervul baar wassysteem De ecoegg Laundry Egg pellets bevatten GEEN palmolie, SLS of SLES, parabenen, enzymen, fosfaten of microplastics. Dit betekent dat er minder schadelijk chemisch afval door de afvoer wordt gefilterd en in het watersysteem terechtkomt, waardoor zowel de aarde als je huid worden beschermd.
