De volle Yomio van Zuiver Zuivel is een milde, volle yoghurt met Yomio cultures L. acidophilus en B. lactis. Deze cultures produceren overwegend rechtsdraaiend melkzuur dat zorgt voor de heerlijk zacht-zure smaak van deze yoghurt. Alle producten van Zuiver Zuivel zijn van biodynamische kwaliteit (herkenbaar aan het demeter-logo). Meerdere melkveehouders van het biodynamische merk Zuiver Zuivel gaan nog een stap verder en houden kalfjes bij de koe. Zuiver Zuivel haalt deze melk apart op bij de boer en verwerkt het tot de lekkerste halfvolle en volle melk. Melk van bedrijven waar kalf en koe samenblijven dus!
