Deze kwark is zó lekker dik en romig, daar lik je gewoon je vingers bij af. Dat komt doordat er voor deze kwark echt de tijd is genomen: maar liefst 24 uur. En dat is uniek, want in principe wordt alle fabriekskwark gecentrifugeerd om in te dikken of er wordt melkpoeder aan toegevoegd. Bij Weerribben Zuivel verwerken ze de melk direct op de boerderij en laten de kwark, net als vroeger, druppeltje voor druppeltje uitlekken totdat hij de perfecte volle smaak en consistentie heeft gekregen. Voeg er eventueel nog vers fruit aan toe.
