De rogge voor dit volkoren meel is op biodynamische wijze geteeld voornamelijk in Zuid-Duitsland. Maar ook in Europese buurlanden zoals Oostenrijk, Hongarije, Polen of Tsjechië. Dit graangewas heeft van nature een goede weerstand tegen ziektes en plagen en kunnen op eigen kracht vruchtbaar zaad voortbrengen. Na de oogst wordt dus een klein gedeelte van het graan apart gehouden als zaadgoed voor het volgende groeiseizoen, waardoor de boer jaar in jaar uit zelfstandig blijft. De rest gaat naar de Spielberger Molen, waar de molenaars gehele graankorrels malen. Smaakvol, volwaardig en vitaal meel van dichtbij de natuur.
