Vitamine D3 zit o.a. in vette vis en kan aangemaakt worden in de huid bij blootstelling aan zonlicht. In Nederland kan het lastig zijn om voldoende vitamine D3 aan te maken. Dan kunnen deze capsules helpen. Vitamine D3 draagt bij aan de opname van calsium en het ondersteunt in een normale werking van het immuunsysteem, van de spieren en speelt een belangrijke rol in het celdelingsproces. Deze capsules bevatten 75 mcg vitamine D3 per stuk. 1x daags 1 capsule innemen met water. Niet geschikt voor kinderen tot en met 10 jaar. Aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.
