Deze capsules bevatten hoogwaardige, zuivere visolie en bevat 350 mg EPA en 250 mg DHA per capsule. Daarnaast is er extra vitamine E toegevoegd om het product te beschermen tegen oxidatie. De visolie wordt gemaakt van ansjovis die wordt gevangen in de oceanen rond Zuid-Amerika. EPA en DHA zijn omega 3 vetzuren die een gunstige werking hebben op het hart (bij 250 mg EPA & DHA per dag samen) en daarnaast is DHA goed voor de hersenen en het gezichtsvermogen (bij 250 mg per dag). 1-3x daags 1 capsule tijdens of na de maaltijd met water innemen. Aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.
