Barrel ageing brings a flurry of vanilla and some hazelnut, all that on a mineral and delicately spicy background.
Savoury with silky tannins on the finish.
Fresh and vivid in great balance, remarkable ramato Pinot Grigio.
15-20 days maceration in an open barrel and ageing for 2 years in a combination of concrete vessels and old barrels.
