En Extra Old omdat dit een speciale assemblage betreft van 6 verschillende reservewijnen: 1988, 1996, 2006, 2008, 2009 en 2010. Deze unieke samenstelling heeft na de 3 jaar op vat nog 3 jaar extra rijping ondergaan (in totaal 6 jaar dus) en na het degorgement heeft de champagne nog een extra rustjaar gekregen
