De eerste 100% veganistisch voedingssupplementen - met de Vegan Zegel van de Britse Vegan Society, bieden wij een product met geconcentreerde vitamine D3 uit plantaardige bronnen. Het wordt u aangeraden één Vitashine capsule per dag (2500 IE) te nemen - het duurt twee maanden per persoon.
Natuurlijke plantaardige bronnen zou avocado of paddenstoelen, maar iemand zou moeten 150 gram avocado of 300 gram champignons eten om de dagelijkse dosis te bereiken. In theorie, het organisme van gewervelde dieren kan de D3 zelf vormen - mits we voldoende zonlicht krijgen op de huid.
D3 is, onder andere, van essentieel belang voor een gezond immuunsysteem, is goed voor het hart en de bloedsomloop, zorgt voor gezonde botten, tanden en een zonnige karakter, verzacht pijn en verbetert de vele bekende ziekten. Vitamine D speelt een cruciale rol in het reguleren van de niveaus van calcium in het bloed en botvorming. Een vitamine-D-tekort kan leiden tot rachitis bij kinderen en osteomalacie bij volwassenen.
Ingrediënten:
Maltodextrine, vitamine D3 (zetmeel, sucrose, siliciumdioxide, antioxidanten (D-alfa-tocoferol, ascorbylpalmitaat), cholecalciferol), antiklontermiddelen (stearinezuur, magnesiumstearaat).
