EEN UITZONDERLIJKE STROOP OM UW DRANKEN EN DESSERTS TE DRAAIEN
Deze siroop is met zorg gemaakt in ons atelier en is het resultaat van een subtiel huwelijk tussen zwarte citroen, een citrusvrucht met een pittige en geroosterde geur waaruit we de etherische olie met precisie hebben geëxtraheerd om deze om te zetten in een natuurlijk aroma, Sichuan-peper, gekweekt uit een enkele kilometers van onze werkplaats in Picardië, en een delicate reductie van water en suiker. We hebben deze siroop verrijkt met een paar druppels natuurlijk aroma op basis van essentiële olie van groene Sichuan-peper, eveneens gewonnen in ons atelier.
Gebruiksaanwijzing:
Geef uw desserts een twist met een paar scheutjes van deze siroop van zwarte citroen en Sichuan-peper uit Picardië! De uitzonderlijke smaak verrijkt uw fruitsalades, appeltaarten, ijscoupes en nog veel meer. Gebruik het om uw koekjes te laten weken met een onvergelijkbare smaak. Een eetlepel van dit elixer geeft een vleugje pit aan uw drankjes of cocktails. Een essentieel onderdeel om uw recepten te verbeteren en indruk te maken op uw gasten!
