Strooi de gedroogde Moringa bladeren op het gekookte water en laat het ca. 6 a 8 minuten intrekken.
Hoeveelheid:
Gebruik 1 thee lepel per mok per halve liter of naar sterkte. Laten intrekken in heet water
Max 3 koppen per dag
