Tomac Pet Nat is the first Croatian sparkling wine made by the ancestral method. Made from Graševina and Pinot Blanc from a vineyard with complete natural and biodynamic handling. For generations Tomac family have been traditional winemakers (no mineral fertilizers, herbicides etc.), but from 2009. they went full on biodynamic.
Very refreshing note of a blended combination of tree fruits - Grapefruit, lemon, green apple, and citrus - and a balanced trace of yeast. Works great as an aperitif, but not as a dessert wine.
