De vitaminesupplement VEG 1 werd direct ontwikkeld op de behoeften van veganisten door Dr Stephen Walsh in Engeland. Specifiek ontworpen voor veganisten, maar geschikt voor iedereen;) Het product bevat naast B12 en foliumzuur, jodium, vitamine D, selenium, vitamine B en vitamine B 2. 6
Een potje bevat 180 tabletten en is voldoende voor volwassenen voor 6 maanden.
Eén tablet per dag voor volwassenen. Een halve tablet per dag voor kinderen van 2-12 jaar. Kauw of plet de tabletten voor maximale opname. Niet meer dan de aanbevolen inname.
Iedere kauwtablet voorziet het lichaam van (% van de EU aanbevolen dagelijkse dosis):Vitamine B12 (25 µg – 1.000%)
Vitamine D3 (20 µg - 400%)
Jodium (150 µg - 100%)
Seleen (60 µg - 109%)
Vitamine B2 (1,6 mg -114%)
Vitamine B6 (2 mg - 143%)
Foliumzuur (200 µg - 100%)
Waarschuwing: VEG 1 bevat jodium, wees voorzichtig met bekende problemen met de schildklier.
