Een pot bevat 180 tabletten.
Iedere kauwtablet voorziet het lichaam van (% van de EU aanbevolen dagelijkse dosis):
Vitamine B12 (25 µg – 1.000%)
Vitamine D3 (20 µg - 400%)
Jodium (150 µg - 100%)
Seleen (60 µg - 109%)
Vitamine B2 (1,6 mg -114%)
Vitamine B6 (2 mg - 143%)
Foliumzuur (200 µg - 100%)
