Tetra Ph/kh minus zorgt voor een tropisch aquariumwater met een ph-waarde onder 7,5 en een carbonaathardheid van 4° dh. De carbonaathardheid wordt nauwkeurig ingesteld, waardoor de ph-waarde permanent geregeld wordt. De plantengroei wordt hiermee verbeterd door het vrijkomen van co2. Het product is zeer veilig een makkelijk in het gebruik. Het kan ook voor de behandeling van acute ammoniakvergiftiging gebruikt worden.
