Description
De 30-30 Tequila Anejo is het perfecte voorbeeld van een stukje Mexicaans erfgoed. De tequila wordt gemaakt van de beste kwaliteit blauwe agaveplanten die 7 tot 9 jaar oud zijn. De Mexicaanse drank wordt voor maar liefst 20 maanden gerijpt op Amerikaanse eikenhouten vaten, terwijl het minimum voor een Anejo, "slechts" 1 jaar is. Hierdoor ontstaat er in deze Mexicaanse drank een super complexe smaak.
De krachtige smaken van agave, koffie en pure chocolade worden gecombineerd met fruitige en bloemige tonen. De afdronk daarentegen is kruidig met lichte smaken van onder meer munt.
Deze 30-30 Tequila Anejo vindt zijn oorsprong in Capilla de Guadalupe, gelegen in de heuvels van Jalisco, Mexico. De naam van het merk komt voort uit het gelijknamige "Winchester 30-30 Geweer”. Dit geweer werd gebruikt door de legendarische Mexicaanse soldaat en vrijheidsstrijder Pancho Villa in de Mexicaanse revolutie tussen 1910 en 1920. Pancho zelf dronk eigenlijk nooit alcohol en rookte ook niet.
Deze Mexicaanse sterkedrank is perfect om puur te drinken tijdens een gezellige avond met vrienden of na het diner.
