Moderne rosé vinificatie volgens de Saignée methode. Daarbij heeft de most kort contact met de schillen waarna het sap op lage temperatuur fermenteert. De fermentatie en rijping vinden plaats op RVS cuves.
Een heldere licht roze kleur. In de neus besjes, frambozen, zeer levendig. Ook in de smaak veel rood fruit en een levendige zuurgraad. Een fijne rosé die niet alleen in de zomer lekker is.
Serveer deze wijn gekoeld op 10-12 graden. Deze wijn is het hele jaar door goed als aperitief, bij gegrild vlees en vis (tonijn) en bij salades (bijvoorbeeld met geitenkaas en gebakken spekblokjes).
