1. Snijd de groente in blokjes en zet water (150 ml) klaar.
2. Doe 2 eetlepels olie met kruidenmix 1 (kleine zakje) in een pan. Verhit het mengsel. Zodra u het kruidenmengsel begint te ruiken, voegt u de groenteblokjes en de noten toe en bakt deze mee.
3. Voeg het water toe en roer er kruidenmix 2 (grote zakje) doorheen. Laat het geheel in een afgesloten pan in 6 minuten gaar worden. Af en toe roeren. Droog en afgesloten bewaren.
