De biologisch-dynamische spelt voor deze speltbloem wordt geteeld door Tom Saat en Tineke van den Berg van de biodynamische Stadsboerderij Almere. Zij hebben een gemengd bedrijf met koeien, akkerbouw en groenteteelt. De graasgebieden en de akkers liggen verspreid in en rond Almere en worden bemest met gecomposteerde mest van hun eigen koeien. De spelt wordt vervolgens gepeld en gemaald bij BD-Graan in Middenmeer.
Gebruiker Tips: Droog op normale temperatuur en buiten direct zonlicht bewaren. Na openen ca. 2 weken houdbaar. Tenminste houdbaar tot: zie etiket. Lege verpakking in de papierbak.
Suggesties: Ideaal meel als basis voor brood, pannekoeken, pizza, koek en taart.
Voedingswaarden per 100 Gr: Energie: 1460 KJ/344 Kcal. Vet: 1.3 gr waarvan verzadigde vetzuren 0.11 gr. Koolhydraten: 68.9 gr waarvan suiker 0.76 gr. Eiwitten: 12.4 gr. Zout: 0.002 gr.
