Sparhoning is een van de meest unieke en verfijnde honingsoorten uit Griekenland. Deze honing wordt gewonnen uit de rijke nectar en honingdauw van sparrenbomen die groeien in de ongerepte Griekse berggebieden. Met zijn diepe amberkleur, volle smaak en zachte textuur is deze honing een echte delicatesse.
Smaak
Sparhoning heeft een subtiele zoetheid met aardse en houtachtige tonen. De smaak is niet overheersend zoet, maar eerder complex en verfijnd, met een lichte karamelachtige ondertoon.
Textuur

Houdbaarheid en opslag
