Deze sjalotten zijn afkomstig van Piet van Andel en Sjaak Twisk uit Zeewolde. Op de kleigrond van de vroegere Zuiderzee is nooit chemie en kunstmest gebruikt. Het zit vol met mineralen die de bodem haar natuurlijke vruchtbaarheid geven. Een ideale basis voor de teelt van mooie smaakvolle sjalotten! Beschikbaarheid Puur NL sjalotten: jaarrond. Verpakking: gecertificeerd composteerbaar. De complete verpakking (netje, label en de clip) mag bij het GFT afval. Tip: Gekookt of gefruit is de sjalot zoeter dan de gele ui. De sjalot is een echte kruidige smaakmaker en past nagenoeg in elk recept.
