Biologisch-dynamisch gaat een stap verder dan biologisch: Demeter gecertificeerde boeren moeten voldoen aan extra hoge eisen. Een Duits familiebedrijf maakt sinds 1936 versgeperste sappen. Het biodynamische fruit en groente nemen ze van biodynamische telers af, die jaar in jaar uit werken aan de opbouw van een levende bodem, waarvan zijzelf én de generaties na hen kunnen oogsten. De fruitbomen en (gember) wortels groeien op eigen kracht. Ze staan diepgeworteld in de volle grond en zijn van nature sterk. Direct na de oogst wordt het fruit en groente geperst en gebotteld, het sap wordt even verhit om de houdbaarheid te verlengen. Smaakvolle, volwaardige en vitale sappen van dichtbij de natuur.
