Fish 4 ever werkt met traditionele vissersgemeenschappen. Iedere avond vertrekt er een kleine vloot bootjes vanuit een Noord-Spaanse haven een uur van Santander. Ze varen richting de Biscay baai om heerlijke verse sardines te vangen met kleine netten, de vissers komen vroeg in de morgen terug met hun vangst. De visjes worden met de hand gefileerd en alleen de beste stukjes vis worden ingeblikt. De vers ingeblikte sardines, ingelegd in tomatensaus, zijn een uitstekende bron van lekker eten en nog super handig in gebruik ook.

Suggesties: Lekker in een pasta, salade of zo uit het vuistje.
