Natuurlijke, zoete wijn gemaakt van overrijpe Sauvignon Blanc druiven afkomstig van een unieke wijngaard die, samen met de Botrytis ontwikkeling (edele rotting), resulteert in een wijn met grote complexiteit en aromatische uitingen.
De wijn heeft een heldere, gouden kleur met aroma's van perzik, peer en mandarijnenschil en subtiele hints van anijszaad. De smaken zijn zacht en doen denken aan abrikoos, appel, honing en vanille. Het is de perfecte balans tussen zoet en zuur.
Heerlijke wijn bij blauwschimmelkazen, fruitsalades en sorbetijs (niet te zoet) of om zo van te genieten.
