Rovisco Garcia is een klein familiebedrijf met 15 hectare landgoed in het zuiden van Portugal (Alentejo). Hier groeien de druiven Antao Vaz en Arinto waar de familie Gracia er een duurzame en vegan witte wijn van heeft gemaakt: de Rovisco Garcia Branco. De Rovisco Garcia Branco is een elegante blend van 2 druivensoorten, Antoa Vaz en Arinto. Een frisse witte wijn met aroma’s van vers fruit met citrus, gecombineerd met een fijne zuurgraad en een intense afdronk.

De Rovisco Garcia Branco is heerlijk als aperitief of bij vis.
De wijngaard
De wijngaard Rovisco Garcia beschikt over een prachtige zuidhelling in de wijnstreek Alentejo. Dit wijngebied ligt in het Zuidelijke binnenland en wordt in het Noorden begrensd door de rivier de Taag. Deze populaire wijnregio die ongeveer 1/3 deel van Portugal beslaat levert over het algemeen prachtige witte wijnen met tropische fruitsmaken en een mooie zuurgraad. De druiven worden in de vroege ochtenduren zorgvuldig met de hand geplukt om vervolgens in deze heerlijke witte blend te belanden.
