Gemaakt op het oude wijngoed Santa Tresa, in het zuiden van Sicilië. Deze rose is gemaakt van 50% Nero d'Avola druiven en 50% Frappato druiven, waardoor het een authentieke en typisch Siciliaanse rosé is. De druiven worden heel zacht en delicaat geperst, wat resulteert in een hele lichte en zuivere rose. Rood fruit in de neus, met hints van viooltjes en rozen. De smaak is elegant met frambozen en wilde aardbeien. Zeer veelzijdig: past perfect bij lichte groente- of visgerechten, sushi en als aperitief. Alcoholpercentage 12,5%
