Biologische roompaté gemaakt op ambachtelijke wijze. In deze paté is het nitrietzout tot een echt minimum beperkt. Hierdoor kan de paté iets grijzer ogen dan je wellicht gewend bent. Een spannende combinatie van zachte roompaté aangevuld met grove stukjes vlees en kenmerkende kruiden volgens klassiek Frans recept.
