Rooibos kent zijn oorsprong in Zuid-Afrika. De groene blaadjes van de struik worden geoogst en krijgen na een fermentatieproces de herkenbare rode kleur. Het is een heerlijke thee die eenvoudig ’s avonds gedronken kan worden gezien het geen cafeïne bevat.
Net voor die reden is het ook voor kinderen een geschikt drankje. Voor warme rooibosthee is het aan te raden om het water te schenken net voor het zijn kookpunt heeft bereikt. Natuurlijk laat rooibos zich ook koud drinken. Poedervorm zorgt voor een veel hogere concentratie aan nutriënten die zo optimaal door het lichaam worden opgenomen.

Gebruik
Meng 5 g of portie naar wens in 100-200 ml niet kokend water of meng 5 g in 200 ml melk, soja- of rijstdrank. Koud of warm te drinken.
Kan ook in smoothies, sappen en als latté.
Droog bewaren & na elk gebruik goed sluiten.
