De druiven voor deze Moselland Riesling staan aangeplant op de steile hellingen langs de Moezel. In de smaak appel, citrus, abrikoos en een goede dosis mineraliteit gecombineerd met wat lichte honingtonen. Heerlijk om zo te drinken als aperitief, maar ook ideaal bij lichte gerechten zoals salades, visgerechten of kip. Door zijn mineraliteit en lichte honing doet deze wijn het ook goed bij wat pittigere en exotische gerechten.
