Ramón Bilbao Rosado is gemaakt van 100% Garnacha. De druiven zijn afkomstig van oude wijnstokken gelegen op grote hoogten in Tudelilla. Dezelfde wijnstokken worden gebruikt voor de Ramón Bilbao Viñedos de Altura.

Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van de saignée methode, het gistingsproces (met druivenschillen) wordt verkort om de lichte, bleke rosé kleur te verkrijgen.
Deze wijn heeft een heldere, licht zalmrose kleur. Aroma's van vers fruit en citroen, vers geplukte witte bloemen en kersen. In de smaak is de wijn fris, met een zijdezachte, lange afdronk met hints van zure kersen. Subtiel en elegant.
Deze rosé is makkelijk om te drinken, lekker fris en licht. Ideaal voor de lente en zomer! Het is een heerlijke aperitief wijn, maar ook perfect te combineren met koude gerechten zoals witte asperges en salades met zeevruchten of met carpaccio en risotto.
Ramón Bilbao Rosado heeft de gouden medaille op 'Le Mondial du Rose' gewonnen. Deze internationale wedstrijd is georganiseerd door de 'Union de Oenologues de France' en is de enige wedstrijd die gespecialiseerd is in rosé wijnen. Tevens is het de enige gouden medaille die is toegekend aan een rosé wijn uit Rioja. Slechts vier Spaanse rosé's hebben de gouden medaille behaald.
