Ready to eat, eiwitrijk en sojavrij. Seitan is een voedzame delicatesse op basis van tarwe, vol met eiwitten. Door zijn 'vlezige' textuur leent het zich voor een breed scala aan gerechten. Deze seitan van Bumi heeft een unieke malse 'pulled' structuur. Hiermee is het ook qua smaak- en structuurbeleving een ideale vlees/kipvervanger. Zowel koud als warm te gebruiken. Gemakkelijk te kruiden en/of marineren en toepasbaar in allerlei gerechten zoals salades, sandwiches, curry's en roerbakgerechten.
