Hoe zijn de propolis ultra capsules van Propolia te gebruiken/ te eten?
Neem 2/3 lepel per dag gedurende een maand. Voor een gemakkelijke inname kunt u het de poeder mengen met honing en dit bijvoorbeeld toevoegen aan een kop warme thee of u kunt ervoor kiezen om de propolis poeder geleidelijk verdunnen in een beetje warm water.
Let op! Mocht u de honing en propolis mengsel door uw thee willen roeren, dan is het verstandig dat uw thee niet warmer dan 40 C° is. Zodra uw thee warmer dan 40 C° is kunnen de enzymen van de honing verloren gaan.
