De Supreme is onze oester uit Ierland. In de prachtige baaien van Kerry, bekend van ‘the ring of Kerry’ vindt de kweek plaats. Er is maar één kweker die dit product daar kweekt. Dat maakt deze oester uniek, maar ook schaars. In drie tot vier jaar tijd groeit hij uit tot een uitzonderlijke oester met een uitstekend visgewicht en een enigszins zoetige smaak. Wij selecteren enkel de allermooiste oesters uit deze kweek. Daarom hebben zij de classificering: Suprême.
