Description
De Pinot Noir van Wijndomein Aldenborgh heeft bakken vol rood fruit zoals aardbeien en kersen, maar ook wat subtiele rokerigheid en aardse tonen. Zacht en soepel, het fruit blijft lekker hangen in afdronk. Licht gekoeld komt deze biologische Pinot Noir het beste tot zijn recht. Kan makkelijk nog een paar jaar in de kelder rijpen.
De Pinot Noir is op zichzelf al heerlijk om te drinken. Daarnaast gaat deze wijn goed met gerechten op basis van gegrild vlees (bijvoorbeeld entrecôte), gebakken eendenborst of een risotto met paddenstoelen en eventueel spek.

In de wijngaard van wijnmakers Peter & Chris Peltzer gaat alles over symbiose. De samenwerking tussen planten, schimmels en dieren. Hierdoor ontstaat een gezond bodemleven en worden plagen uit de wijngaard weggehouden. Chris is microbioloog en zet zijn kennis in om onder andere eigen gisten en natuurlijke hulpstoffen voor de druivenstokken te maken.
