Het wijnhuis Giol ligt in Noord-Italië, in de regio Veneto. Het wijnhuis maakt veel prosecco maar ook stille wijnen zoals deze pinot griogio. Alle wijnen die men maakt zijn biologisch en vegan. Fruitige Pinot Griogio uit de Veneto. De peer, appel en meloen worden aangevuld met citrus. Wijn die prima combineert met schaal en schelpdieren maar combineert ook prima bij licht pittige aziatische gerechten of om als aperatief in het zonnetje te drinken. Alcoholpercentage: 12,5%.
