Helder diep robijnrood van kleur. In de neus aroma’s van kers, framboos, gedroogde bloemen en lavendel. In het smaakpalet tonen van confituur van klein rijp rood fruit, laurier en rozemarijn, die worden gevolgd door een lange afdronk met zacht rijpe tannines.vinificatie
Na de handmatige pluk worden de druiven geselecteerd, ontsteeld en samen gevinifieerd. Na kneuzing van de druiven is er aansluitend een temperatuur gecontroleerde alcoholische fermentatie met wilde (druifeigen) gisten op grote eikenhouten foeders en roestvrijstalen tanks. Hierna volgt de persing van de druiven en wordt de jonge wijn overgestoken grote houten foeders om hierin de malolactische gisting te ondergaan en te rijpen. Na 12 maanden wordt de wijn na klaring en zeer lichte filtering gebotteld. Dit hele proces verloopt grotendeels volgens biologische en biologisch dynamische regels en voorschriften. ‹›Related Products
