Oude Geuze Blend 126 is a carefully crafted mix of one-, two-, and three-year-old lambic, spontaneously fermented and bottle-conditioned for natural effervescence. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, this blend showcases the deep character of traditional lambic.
With 80% of the blend composed of three- and four-year-old lambikken, it brings layers of citrus, barnyard funk, oak, and a crisp minerality. Sourced from six different barrels and brews—including those from Brouwerij De Troch, Brouwerij Lindemans, and 3 Fonteinen itself—this geuze is a testament to careful aging and blending.
