Appelazijn (of appelciderazijn) is het sap dat wordt gewonnen uit de pulp van gepureerde appels. Deze appels zijn biologisch en van hoge kwaliteit. Het recept is een oud Italiaans familierecept sinds 1962. De Premium appelazijn van Amanprana is ongepasteuriseerd en niet gefilterd (dus van nature troebel) en heeft een zuurtegraad van 5%. Het ongefilterde geperste sap van deze appelen fermenteert heel natuurlijk. In dat proces ontstaan kleine vlokjes die zich op de bodem van de flessen afzet. Die droesem staat bekend als "de moeder van de azijn". Het bevat nuttige enzymen, vitamines en foliumzuur. Appelciderazijn werd al in de oudheid gebruikt om het lichaam te detoxen en een natuurlijk evenwicht te bereiken.
