Onze Oerkefir uit biologische rauwe melk is met echte kefirknolletjes gefermenteerd. De rijke microflora van bacteriën en gisten, die in de koraalachtige structuur van de knolletjes leeft , geeft een krachtige probiotische zuiveldrank. In het oorsprongsgebied in Tibet en de Kaukasus heet Oerkefir de drank der 100-jarigen. De melk komt van grasgevoerde koeien en wordt zonder antibiotica geproduceerd. Door 36 uur lang te fermenteren ontstaat een veilig product. Smaak, vet- en eiwitgehalte kunnen variëren als gevolg van natuurlijke omstandigheden.
