Purato is een duurzaam project van Santa Tresa. De wijnen gaan veel verder dan biologisch alleen. Zo is de fles gemaakt van gerecycled glas, worden de labels en omdozen gemaakt van verantwoorde 'papierbronnen' en is de inkt biologisch afbreekbaar. Last but not least is de wijn CO2 neutraal gemaakt, wat inhoudt dat de Purato wijnen de CO2 van wijngaard tot aan in de winkel compenseerd. De wijn is in de smaak erg fruitig, veel rood en donker fruit wellicht iets doorstoofd, aangevuld met kruiden. Drink deze wijn licht gekoeld: dan doet ie het goed als aperitief, bij pasta, rood vlees of bij gerechten met paddestoelen en linzen. Alcoholpercentage: 13,5%.
