OVER DE WIJN
Deze wijn is net als Bodegas Neleman zelf jong en modern. De wijn is voor 50% op staal gemaakt en voor 50% op gebruikte Frans eikenhouten vaten. Een aromatische met veel fruit, peer, citrus en wat romigheid. Neleman Macabeo is ontzettend lekker bij rijk gevulde salades. Nu op dronk, te gebruiken 3 tot 4 jaar na oogst. Macabeo komt ook in Rioja voor, daar wordt hij ook wel viura genoemd. Verder wordt dit ras ook veel in Cava gebruikt, maar dan in een combinatie met bijvoorbeeld chardonnay.
