Description
De Solaris 2021 van VieVinVjenne komt uit het Twentse Vriezenveen. De Solaris is een karaktervolle druif die bekendstaat om zijn aroma’s van tropisch fruit en zijn volle smaak. Deze Solaris van VieVinVjenne is gemaakt van druiven die zorgvuldig tot optimale rijpheid zijn gebracht.
Deze volle, droge wijn heeft in de neus tonen van tropisch fruit, zoals ananas en mango, maar ook rijpe appel en perzik. De wijn biedt een vol en rond mondgevoel met een subtiele, aangename bitterheid. Deze wijn is ongefilterd. Je kunt de wijn voorzichtig inschenken als een heldere wijn. Bij de tweede ronde kun je hem even schudden, zodat je een troebele wijn krijgt. Tijdens dit proces ontwikkelt de wijn meer geur en smaak, doordat deze stoffen beter vermengen met de wijn.
