Description
De Natuurwijn rood 2016 van Wijngaard VieVinVjenne is een fantastische natuurwijn rood. Harmonieus en evenwichtig. Zuivere wijn van onbespoten druiven, met de hand geselecteerd. De smaak is kruidig en vol; de aroma's van zwart fruit vallen direct op, de tannines zijn op maat, precies genoeg en de lichte houttoon (3 jaar vat rijping) maakt het geheel compleet.
De rode natuurwijn is op zichzelf al heerlijk om te drinken. Daarnaast gaat deze wijn goed met gerechten op basis gepeperd vlees en Italiaanse pasta's. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een Pasta met eendenragout.

Wijnmaker Marcel Oude-Booijink heeft zijn wijngaard zo ingericht dat de wijnstokken zo min mogelijk hulp nodig hebben. Zo heeft hij bermen aangelegd die biodiversiteit stimuleren en groeien zijn ranken op wel +-180cm hoogte. Dit helpt tegen vorst schade en tegen schimmels. Ook lopen de natuurlijke grasmaaiers (schapen) het hele jaar door de wijngaard. Deze kunnen immers niet van de druiven snoepen, die hangen namelijk veel te hoog. Ook in de wijnmakerij werkt Marcel zo puur mogelijk.
