Description
De Natuurwijn Johanniter komt uit het topjaar 2018. Een droge witte wijn gemaakt van de Johanniter druiven. Mooie frisse zuren met tropisch fruit aroma's.
Uitstekend als aperitief, maar ook zeker geschikt om aan tafel mee verder te gaan bij diverse gerechten met salades, vis, schaal- en schelpdieren. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan Noedels in Singapore-stijl met garnalen en char siu

Wijnmaker Marcel Oude-Booijink heeft zijn wijngaard zo ingericht dat de wijnstokken zo min mogelijk hulp nodig hebben. Zo heeft hij bermen aangelegd die biodiversiteit stimuleren en groeien zijn ranken op wel +-180cm hoogte. Dit helpt tegen vorst schade en tegen schimmels. Ook lopen de natuurlijke grasmaaiers (schapen) het hele jaar door de wijngaard. Deze kunnen immers niet van de druiven snoepen, die hangen namelijk veel te hoog. Ook in de wijnmakerij werkt Marcel zo puur mogelijk.
