To prepare the MTR Rava Dosa, follow these steps:
1. Mix the Batter: Combine the MTR Rava Dosa Mix with water according to the instructions on the pack. The batter should be runny and lump-free.
2. Rest the Batter: Let the batter rest for about 20-30 minutes to allow the semolina to absorb the water.
3. Heat the Pan: Heat a non-stick or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Grease the pan with a few drops of oil or ghee.
